HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

I keep receiving the message "Printer Failure" I have turned it off and unplugged then plugged it back in and turned it back on getting the same error. I've checked the ink carriages, all are good. I just received this printer on a Thursday hooked it up Friday and Monday I come in to work turn it on and hasn't worked. It's a HP Officejet Pro 8610. Any suggestions?????

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Failure' Error: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03439615 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
