I cannot contact HP at the moment. it keeps telling me that they are not in service at the moment maybe because of their work schedules. Are there other alternatives for me to know how to regionalize reset my HP Deskjet 1510 for me to use HP 61 ink cartridge here in the Philippines? I bought my printer from Saudi Arabia and I moved to the Philippines and I cannot use any other ink cartridges available anywhere here in the Philippines. Please help me with this. I really need to use my printer

@justinee Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you need help in printer region reset.

I'll do my best to assist you.

To do a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions.

1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.

2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.

3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region to which you want to reset it to.

If you meet the above conditions then let me know the operating system of your PC.
