Good Morning.  I talked to Krisitielyn on 8-27-24.  I have an old Envy printer with no. 65 cartridges.    She suggested to buy an updated printer HP Envy 6055e, since my old one was defective and not printing.  i     have 4 of the no.65 ink cartridges for the old one and would like to send these to you for new 67's.  They are unopened.  3 colored and one black.   Thank you for your time.
