How do I reset my printer to use Z10 cartridges.  The current set I am using is Z20.  the new Z10 is not compatible according to the error message.  

*firmware update could be helpful, it's takes days to get help just to replace ink

*support is not helping - printer out of warranty

*same questions asked in forum but replied with private messages

*ink is bough HP on Amazon at "HP store"

hello i didn't, i just need reset instructions, and i was explained that they can me send privately only because they are specific to each device, you have same questions from other users in this forum and i see the hp support replied privately so i can access reset instructions
