Product: Samsung CLX-6260fx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Smasung CLX-6260fx which powers up starts its initial run up procedure the gets to the SAMSUNG Logo on the main screen with a message (Please Wail). From what I have read it looks like it requires a firmware update. I have 2 questions, 1/ Where can I  download this firmware, &  2/ How do I perform this operation with the painter in this stalled state??
