Can someone please help me???  I own HP office jet pro 7740 and

my scanner keeps showing me an image of dark black streaks!!

 

I have re-booted many times, clean the glass, reset, i.e. you name it.

 

How can I fix this issue and please let me know if I need to replace a part?
