Product: HP DesignJet T2300 PostScript Multifunction Printer

My T2300 is stuck on the (install the latest firmware release 08:11.1) I have downloaded the latest firmware updates from HP and tried to download to my printer via thumb drive.  I have shut it off, unplugged it, tried both of the thumb drive ports.  It will not go any further.
