I was replacing ink cartridges when the cyan cartridge jammed.  I was able to free the cartridge and re-insert but got the error message that I had a  supply system issue. When I removed the cyan cartridge I noticed it was leaking so re-inserted the old cartridge but still got the error message. I have powered down the printer and re-energized it but no change. I have taken the old cartridge out and reinstalled it and no change in error message. Not sure what to try next.  Please advise.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your printer that has a supply system error.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).

- May I know which application are you using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
