Hi @Scott_Jordan,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-In-One Printer might be stuck in a boot loop. This can happen due to various reasons such as firmware issues or hardware malfunctions. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Hard Reset: Unplug the printer from the power source and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and try turning it on again. This can sometimes resolve temporary software glitches.
  • Update Firmware: If possible, check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model on the HP website. Sometimes, updating the firmware can fix bugs and improve performance.
  • Factory Reset: If the printer has a reset option, you might want to try performing a factory reset. Be aware that this will erase any customized settings, so proceed with caution.
  • Check for Hardware Issues: If none of the above steps work, there might be a hardware issue causing the problem.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
