HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e - Windows.

Was using it when got a message that there is a paper jam in the document feeder.  I have tried the basic remedies of checking for paper, on/off the printer, etc, but message remains.  Cannot copy using either the document feeder or glass top, but can print.

Appreciate advice.
