Product: HP LaserJet M110w Printer

Hi, I did an advance product exchange for my defective printer. 

Customer Service Order # Removed

I packaged the defective printer as instructed and dropped it off at a fedex location. 

Fedex tracking # Removed

It was delivered to HP NEWPORT NEWS, VA US

Delivered Tuesday, 9/16/25 at 10:43 AM
Signed for by: CLONG

 

My case order # Removed still says "not yet received."
The printer's warranty just expired days ago so I've had to resort to using this forum to communicate.

Did you receive a replacement printer?

Since the support case was open while the printer was still under warranty, there is nothing warranty related you need to be worried.

Yes, I opted for the advance product service, where they send first and then i put the defective printer in their box and send it back to hp. 
the warranty expired days ago so i no longer have access to the live chat function with HP customer care.
