Product: HP DeskJet GT 5821
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The black colour prints on glossy photo paper are not drying even after days and gets smeared on touch.  Print on plain paper or chart paper is drying up quickly and no problem of ink smearing.

What type of photo paper do you use?  Have you tried to print on HP photo paper?
