Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When ever I print in color and the back ground is blue, I get pink streaks through out the blue. Also I can only get about 6 pages of B & W before I must run the cleaning program again.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the printer product number? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
  • Did you make any changes on the settings of your Printer prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Have you tried cleaning ink cartridge contacts?
  • Have you tried updating the printer firmware?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
