the message on my printer is "there is a problem with the printer or ink system. turn printer off, then on, if the problem persists, contact HP ." I have recycled the power twice, same message. I have remove the printer and reinstalled. same problem.

  • Update Firmware: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, firmware updates address issues like this.
  • Inspect for Obstructions: Check for any paper jams or other obstructions inside the printer that may be causing the problem.
