Good morning,
The newly installed printer has problems with the photo tray. When turning on or when loading paper in getting ready it brings the photo tray to the bottom and makes the whole printer shake. Sometimes then it calms down and then you can print sometimes the error comes out on the display "Photo tray error. Please free the photo tray". No paper jammed inside the printer, checked several times.
