HP ENVY 4516 All-in-One Printer

the printer is saying contact hp instant ink and won't print and I don't know why this is happening. It has been happening for over a week now

May I know if you have subscribed to HP Instant Ink? 


Check Instant Ink Subscription: If you have an Instant Ink subscription, make sure it's active and there are no issues with your payment method. Log in to your Instant Ink account on the HP website to verify the status of your subscription.


 

  • Check Connectivity: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your network. You can do this by printing a network configuration page from the printer's control panel. Make sure it is connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device.
  • Restart Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues. Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on again.
  • Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can check for firmware updates in the printer's settings menu or on the HP website. Update the firmware on an HP printer
