Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a

Hp 8600 all in one

touch screen does not come on

"Home" icon and arrows are lit though

Plugged into surge protector

Did unplug and re plug

Did press power button off,  then back on.  No change to touch screen.

Those screen known to fail, you will need to replace it. You have a YT instruction video, it's 2 screws and 1 cable.
