I cannot print out a page. The page comes out blank.

If your HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer is producing blank pages, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your ink cartridges contain enough ink. You can check the estimated ink levels directly from the printer control panel by selecting the ink icon.

Align Print Cartridges:

  • Load plain white paper into the paper tray.
  • From the printer control panel, touch Setup.
  • Touch Printer Maintenance, select Align Printhead, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Print a Diagnostic Page:

  • Load plain white paper into the paper tray.
  • Go to the printer software on your computer, click on Print & Scan, and then click Maintain Your Printer to access the Toolbox.
  • Click on Print Diagnostic Information to print a diagnostics page. Check the page for any ink-related issues.

Clean the Printhead or Ink Cartridges:

  • Use the HP Print & Scan Doctor tool or access the Printer Toolbox from the printer software.
  • Click on Clean Ink Cartridges under the Device Services tab and follow the on-screen instructions to automatically clean the cartridges.

Check Paper Settings:

  • Ensure that the correct paper type and print quality are selected in the printer software.
  • Access the printer properties through the Print dialog and verify these settings.

Use Original HP Cartridges: Ensure you are using genuine HP ink cartridges, as counterfeit or refilled cartridges may cause print quality issues.
