Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Second time this is occuring.

I am unable to rotate offficial Neverstop Laser 143A Original HP Toner purchased from HP online once inserted in to machine.

Machine is powered on.

Computer alert Message, your printer needs attention, printer is low on toner/ink

Orange three dots message was displayed on printer.

Front amber light low
