when i print out a full a4 patten paper it comes out with a fat border at the bottom

when i try to print a full a4 size printed pattern, i am getting 1.5cm border at one end....so my printed artwork is not full scale, what can i do to correct this , i've checked printer preferences and made sure all A4 is selected but still printing bad.

Printers in this DeskJet series include two important limitations:

1.  Borderless Printing is not supported.

2.  A larger margin is required along the bottom edge.

Print Margin Bottom (A4)	12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)	3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)	3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)	3 mm

There is no "workaround" -- the limitations are built into the hardware.

The solution is to set all margins no smaller than the required larger margin (1/2 inch).
