Hi @Tinalabina,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP printer is only displaying a white screen with the logo and isn't responding to any inputs, it could indicate a firmware or hardware issue. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot.
- Restart the Printer: Ensure the printer is fully powered off by unplugging it from the power source, waiting for a minute, and then plugging it back in.
- Perform a Hard Reset: Some HP printers have a reset button or a sequence of buttons that can be pressed to reset the printer to its factory settings. Consult your printer's manual or the HP website for instructions on how to perform a hard reset.
- Check for Firmware Updates: If your printer has a USB port or is connected to your network, you may be able to update its firmware. Visit the HP support website and search for your printer model to see if there are any available updates.
- Inspect for Physical Damage: Check the printer for any visible signs of physical damage, such as cracks or broken parts.
By following these steps, you can hopefully identify and resolve the issue with your HP printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
