will not start following power interruptions until after 2 weeks

HP Recommended
HP 8500a premium

Following power interruptions the HP 8500A will not restart.  The problem grew progressively worse.  Now requires it be unplugged for a period of 2 weeks to 2 months before it can be used. It was and could be a great printer for someone if there is an easy fix. I’ve moved on.

Please update the Firmware from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers and let me know if this helps

 

If the issue persists we will try a Semi Full Reset
