Product: Photosmart 5520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last time I turned on my printer it's operating system was not able to function properly, there was difficulty for the printer to boot up. Now the printer will not turn on when I press the power button, it is totally dead. I disconnected the power cable from both the printer and the power source and waited a few minutes but the printer will still not turn on.

Well, the printer could have actually died.

Series introduced in 2012.
