Printer doesn’t print. Ink cartridges are new. Have tried cleaning and aligning then printing diagnostic report and it doesn’t give me any information as hardly anything shows up on the page.

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.
Check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times, and print a quality report to check the result as shown in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
