Product: Samsung Xpress SL-M2875FW Laser Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hi, I am wanting to know what the last firmware was and or is available for my M2875FW printer.
after a long drawn out process with Apple and this problem I'm told it must be a firmware problem, nothing can or will be done from apple side of things.

Any help or suggestions helpful.
Was hoping possibly Samsung Japan or China might have, however, searches  have found nothing.
