Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the password.

Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you -

1) Can you send us a picture of the screen asking you to enter the password?

2) Have you tried the router's password?

While you respond to that, let's try a network restore on the printer -

Step 1 Network Restore -

On the printer's control panel -
1) Touch the "Wireless icon".
2) Touch the "Settings" icon.
3) Select "Restore Network Settings".
4) Select "Yes".

Step 2 Reboot the devices -

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer.
2) Wait for 60 seconds.
3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.
4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
5) Turn on the computer.

Step 3 Run Wireless Wizard -

On the printer's control panel, go to the Network menu or touch the wireless icon and then go to settings. Select Wireless Setup Wizard.

Hope this helps!

Let me know how that goes.

Have a great day!
