Black marks show up when I print

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I print, constant black marks run down the paper.  What is causing this and what can I do for it to stop creating those marks?

See image. All printer info is on the paper

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.Just for information some technical information is protected by HP and is not allowed to be answered. This is unfortunate and you will have to contact a HP repair shop for the help in this case.Looking at the sample that you have posted it looks like the black toner has a problem.Replacing the cartridge should solve the problem. What you can do is look on the roller of the black unit for a mark that is causing the print on the paper. If you can clean it out the print should also be back to normal.Hope this will help.

It is so nice to give some help where possible and the forum is a great idea Thank You.Sometimes a picture speaks louder than words to find a solution.Should you find my help use full just give some credit for my effort please.

Yeah I pretty much figure it must be a roller, I did cleaned all the rollers I could get to, but I can't seem to figure out which one it may be. At this point I might as well just purchase a new one and recycle this one. It served me well for about 7 years. Thanks anyways.
