I purchased my C1810W a few years ago and had it connected to my network.  I just installed a new router and have been unable to connect wirelessly.  I am also not able to print from my iPhones or iPads either since this.  When I called "HP" I was informed that I would need to use the online forum becuase I was outside of warranty, or I would need to use the online chat.

I have done everything I know off including connecting the printer to the ethernet cable, which did allow me to print as long as I was connected.

As you can guess, I was unable to locate the online chat and would really like to get my wireless printing back up and running.  Someone please help!

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following instructions to fix:

   http://www8.hp.com/au/en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.
