Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hallo,

 

Bei einschalten auf dem Display wird nur das Samsung Logo anzeigt. Drucken vom PC aus geht, nur die Funktionen Faxen, Scannen und Kopieren gehen nicht, auch nicht über PC.  Hat jemand von euch eine Idee wie ich das Problem angehen kann? Oder was daran defekt ist?

Hello,

When switched on, only the Samsung logo is shown on the display. Printing from the PC is possible, only the fax, scanning and copying functions are not possible, not even via the PC. Do any of you have any ideas how I can approach the problem? Or what's wrong with it?
