Product: SL-C1860FW/XEC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

When switched on the C1860FW Laserprinter, only the Samsung logo is shown on the display. Printing from the PC , the fax, scanning and copying functions are not possible, not even via the PC. Do any of you have any ideas how I can approach the problem? Or what's wrong with it?
