Looks like a fairly common issue but I can't see solution. My printer either freezes up at Samsung logo or shows 'please wait' then freezes at the menu screen with a constant alarm/beep tone. I have sometimes managed to get to the admin login by pressing 123 but it then freezes at password. In all cases no buttons do anything once frozen up (except Power/Wakeup button which reboots it).
I'm wondering if I should try re-flashing the firmware, but don't know where to source the files from? When it was working it had these versions: MCB version: V4.35.09.0909.00 and GUI version: V7.20.10.32_2015083114. I did also manage to do a screen calibration recently as it was starting to play up but didn't help either. I have been in IT for long time so happy to try anything that might get it working again. Any help much appreciated.
