Product: ProXpress C2680FX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I have a new problem: When I press "Scan to PC" on my C2680FX, no computer appears in the list. A few weeks ago I could scan directly to my Surface (Win10 19041.xxx) an my 2 MBAs (MacOS 10.15 & 10.12).
The computers are connected to the router via WLAN and the C2680 is connected to the router through Ethernet cable. If I connect the computers via cable, nothing changes.
I cannot explain why the computers in the LAN are no longer recognized by the C2680. Scanning from the Surface or from the MBAs using Easy Document Creator or Image Capture is still possible.
Does somebody has any idea? Thank you!
