Samsung CLP-365W, 366W Firmware File

V3.00.02.19

 

Updated this firmware this morning and prior to this printed so no issues at all.  All genuine Samsung - always buy Samsung Toners.  After I updated the ECO, WPS, and button on the bottom flash.  Power button does not power the unit down.

 

I found an old firmware but cannot install it because the software to install it won't allow and says "you already have the latest firmware' - yeah no kidding that's the problem.

 

Does anyone know how to factory reset this printer?
