HP Recommended

CLP-620ND, it is now getting stuck in/out of sleep mode. If stuck in sleep mode, nothing will wake it up - press any/all buttons, nothing, can't print, menu frozen, only way to reset is to power off.  It can also be stuck "out" of sleep mode, i.e. it just won't go into sleep mode, same scenario, menu frozen and buttons do nothing. Printer has only/always been connected via network since new.

 

Thoughts? Perhaps control board has Corona...
