Hello everyone,

My printer's firmware got corrupted somehow and now all I get is the recovery mode with partition hard drive error...

I have an ideea how to load the firmware but cant find it anywhere... service manual says its on GSPN but I have no access to that...

Please help.

Update:

Managed to format the drive, but now the printer gets stuck at system initialization please wait 94%...

Any ideas?

Had the same issue, hdd failed

 

Solution:

new hdd supplied by mebiz

 

Original HDD:

Toshiba MQ01ABF032

320 GB
