Product: hp envy photo 7158

I changed my paper size to a 4x7 glossy photo paper. Now i am trying to change it back to the reg. size and I can not. the option where you usually have a drop down menu only has the 4x7 option. I have gone to main settings but it still will not populate in the drop down list. how to i just reset my setting back to the original settings?

  • What is the operating system? Android or IOS
  • Are you using HP Smart App?
