I have the exact same C5-1710 error happening with my Samsung printer despite changing the ITB our with a brand new OEM Samsung one.
a tech chimed in on this thread with a solution, but I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone from this thread:
Does any tech or anyone else have the same solution to this problem they can share with me?
Thank you kindly in advance, I am so frustrated and helpless at this point.
