Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, 

tried to update firmware on my C2670 and it verified OK and updated until 97% stopped and vaited almost a minute before restarted printer and diplayed error "UI Firmware was completed unsuccessfully".

 

Hower now after I realised that I donwloaded a firmware for the US version and there is no firmware in my region, I need a compatable firmware to get my UI back. 


Anyone know how to find one?

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to update firmware for Samsung ProXpress SL-C2670 printer.

 

I am sending you a private message. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
