HP Recommended

I know, this is old Samsung printer and HP does not fully support it. But since HP accepted the responsibility of Samsung printer, then I need an answer.

My printer stock in Samsung logo. It prints. But it can not scan or copy, since I can not make UI work in display. So, I thought I upgrade firmware. But, the new firmware version is v4.00.04.05. Since I have the older firmware version. V4.00.01.49, I can update it to new version. It does not work and stock in display.

 

Does anybody has older firmware version or do you know how I make up work. I have already tried many approaches, but non is working. Many thx.
