Samsung Xpress SL C480FW

Hello there,

 

the copyfunction of my Samsung Xpress SL C480FW is not working. 

Everytime I press the copy button the display says "not available" and makes a beep sound.

I can scan from PC, or to PC even print from my Mobile Device but the Copy Function is still not working anymore.

I already Updates my Drivers and even the Firmware on the Printer itself to the latest one but no solution.

Okay so I dived into a lot of FAQs and Youtube and there was FINALY on solution that helped.

 

I needed to "clear all memories". How to:

 

1. Press Menu -> # -> 1 -> 9 -> 3 -> 4. 

2. Press Menu again and Select "Tech Mode" and "Data Setup" 

3. Select the option "Clear all memories" 

 

After a minute the printer should reboot and everything works fine.

Me as from germany just needed to set up the language back to german and done. 

Even the WiFi Setup was saved.
