I have 2 Samsung Galaxy ZFlip5 phones.  I copied photos from the Gallery of one of my phones to my laptop without any problems.  I  went to copy the photos from the Gallery on my other ZFlip5 phone and all of my Albums show up on my computer, but some of the Albums don't have any pictures showing in them and a message comes up "This folder is empty".  I can see the pictures in all of the Albums on my phone , but I can't see them all on the laptop.  I am transferring via USB cable and have tried several cables with different results.  Some of the cables didn't work at all on my computer. I would appreciate any help!  Thanks.
