from 1 month old my laser printer leaves dirty marks on page

Samsung are impossible to contact - all contact help is automatic and useless

I will try and assist.Maybe if possible add a picture of the problem you are experiencing.This way we can all give some idea to what the problem could be.Hope this helps.

I am A certified Copier Technician.
