Product: Samsung Xpress M2885FW
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Nine months have passed since MacOS Catalina was released in October 2019.

 

Still no new drivers for the Samsung Xpress M2885FW.

 

What a shame. Is anyone from HP reading these forums?

This is Chao from HP. I am not a support representative or engineer. But I happen to see your question. And I find MacOS Catalina driver for Samsung Xpress M2885FW. Please check this page for Samsung Universal Print and Scan Driver . Hope this helps. Please let me know. Thank you!

thank you very much for your reply.

 

The driver seems to fix the printing issues; I have not tested thoroughly but a couple of print jobs went through fine.

 

However the computer still does not recognise the scanner 😞
