Our church photocopier is a Samsung Proexpress C4060FX. It was at the church before I was and i believe that it was originally supplied through a supply and maintainence contract that they are no longer in.

I am receiving a lot of error messages such as the Hard Drive being full but whenever I try to do anything I come up against a screen needing me to put a password in. I have tried all the usual options for the standard passwords which don't work - I am assuming that it must have been changed at some point but nobody knows what it is.

Is there a way for me to reset the password or the whole system?

This type of access information would be contained in a service manual for this product. Most manuals can be located online and that would be the best advice. Once in service mode you should be able to change the password.
