Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How to reset Samsung SCX-4500W printer to factory defaults without knowing the password or how to reset lost SyncThru password?

 

I tried default login/password (but as far as I remember I changed default user/pass few years ago), I also tried to use SyncThru webpage but it asks for current password in order to set new one (which is quite obvious) and finally I tried to follow this guide: https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c05591645 so I plugged in the printer via USB and used "Easy Printer Manager" but in "Advanced Settings" I got only some "Warnings" section without any possibility to change printer's settings.

 

Please help as I need to change Wi-Fi SSID name stored in printer's settings and I do not have any other ideas how to move it forward.

I am having the same issue as this person.  Only, I can change my network settings, I would like to be able to access my printer through SyncThru and I changed the login information the first day the printer was bought. I haven't been able to get into the printer using SyncThru since then and I am looking for a way to Factory reset it as well. Could you please help me with a private message also?
