Could someone from technical support provide a solution or fix for all the people that has same issue. Right now I have a problem and I totally lost my printer based on your firmware from here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/samsung-clp-365-color-laser-printer-serie... In which release notes is not clear at all, the information is poor and wrong

User is not allowed to change the file to get the correct firmware update too. So make sure at least someone on tech it's chechcking files on this. I work using my printer everyday and I'm still trying finding a way to fix this mess. Please, provide correct files or at least downgrade versions to make them work again.

Chatbot is not useful and support part lead me here. Try to make better samsung.

The link you provided is for CLP-365 and your post is CLP-360 series FIX

The firmware for CLP-365 can't work for CLP-360
