Product: CLP365W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I just installed the updated firmware for my Samsung CLP 365W colour laser printer from the HP website. Now all lights flashing and printer dead (it is ALL genuine Samsung) Is there any way to roll back firmware?? Any chance HP will fix this firmware error so printer can be used again? and i Believe i am not the only one how have this problem.
