Product: Samsung MultiXpress SL-X4220RX Color Laser Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am currently replacing the hard disk of my X4220RX model due to a malfunction. I would like to obtain the HDD RECOVERY file. Could you tell me where I can find it?

The formerly public FTP site was shutdown by HP over a year ago. I should have the correct link but I will need to send it via a private message and that feature needs to be enabled by a moderator first. Keep an eye on your private messages, envelope at top right of this page next to your avatar.
