Product: ProBook 6570b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error messages range from "Print spooler not running" [it is set on automatic start, but isn't running until I manually start it during the attempt to install the printer] to "Remote procedure call failure."

 

Printer Install starts out with not able to find a printer, then under the "My printer isn't listed" comes the above pair of errors.

 

The computer will recognize the scanner component, but not the printer.

...and, yes, I've deleted prior software, re-downloaded, rebooted...all to no avail.
