I need support on my Samsung CLP-500 printer from 2004. HP has taken over the support, but when I try to add my printer than product and/or serial number is not acceted. How can I contact support center and/or add my printer to my account?

HP Recommended

The CLP-500 was not supported by Samsung as obsolete device when HP took it over.
